KEAS WILL RECOMMENCE FOR 2012

There is a Ceiling on Kea Numbers for 2012, and a
Waiting List has been established.
SEA KEA PROGRAMME
Children between the ages of 51/2 and 71/2 years are able to join a Kea Pack.
Calliope Keas meet at "The Ship" in King Edward Pde each Thursday
evening between 1800. and 1900.
At "The Ship" activities include badge work (eg. entertainers, first aid, conservation), rope work, games etc. Outings are also organised to work towards other badges/projects, such as visits to the swimming pools, the library, fire station, etc. Over the summer months the emphasis is placed on kayaks and water based activities, especially swimming.
